Computerware offers several payment options for your convenience but please note, in an effort to offer the best pricing the "pay by check" option will be your most cost effective as no credit card fees or administrative charges will apply. 

Pay by Check - No additional charge.  

Select the “Pay Full Amount by Check” option and proceed to checkout.  Please make your check payable to Computerware, Inc. and be sure to include your student’s full name on the check memo line and mail your check to:

Standard Credit Card - $20 charge to account for Credit Card bank fees.

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and AMEX.  Select the “Pay Full Amount by Credit Card” option and proceed to checkout.  

3 Check Payment Plan over 60 days – $20 charge to account for additional administrative duties. 

Pay three installments by check.  Select “Three Payments by Check” option and proceed to checkout. All three payments should be mailed at the time of purchase, each for 1/3 or your total order. One check should be dated for your order date; you can post-date your other two checks for 30 and 60 days from your order date. Please make your check payable to Computerware, Inc. and be sure to include your student’s full name on the check memo line.  Mail your checks to the address shown above.

3 Credit Card Payment Plan over 60 days - $40 charge to account for bank fees and administrative duties.  DO NOT ENTER CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AT TIME OF ORDER. 

Select Other Payment Option and proceed to checkout. Credit card will be charged in 3 equal payments over a 60 day period (1/3 at the time of the order, 1/3 in 30 days and 1/3 at 60 days) For this option, please contact John Duffy at 703-738-8229 to process the first payment. NOTE: If credit card information is entered on the site at the time of the order, the entire amount will be charged even though the 3 payment option had been selected.
